Social media is a fast-paced world, my friend! Luckily we convinced Hootsuite’s Trish Riswick to share Hootsuite’s approach so that nonprofits can create a strategy that can keep up with the ever-changing trends.
TechSoup Connect BC media lead Ben Abel interviewed Hootsuite’s Trish Riswick ahead of her November 7 workshop on social media strategy.
Here’s a great example of how the decentralized web can be awesome – WordPress now integrates with ActivityPub platforms like Mastodon (and soon, maybe, Threads) allowing your blog posts to be pushed into the social web…. and then have the social replies added automatically to your wordpress post as comments!
I’m jazzed to try it out.
